Tips for Listening to Audiobooks in iTunes

Ever been annoyed while trying to move between chapters in an audiobook? Try using Command, Shift and the Left or Right Arrow keys rather than using the skip forward and skip backward buttons. This will navigate between chapters instead of skipping to the next audiobook.

Did you know that iTunes will sync your listening position in your audiobooks? If you listen to part of your audiobook on your iPod, then sync to iTunes on your desktop, it will resume right where you left off.

CheckBook Tip: Groceries were how much?!

First, type the category you are looking for in the search field at the upper right corner of the CheckBook window. For example, if you've been using 'Groceries' as a Category, Type or Description type in the word 'Groceries'. Next, click on the magnifying glass icon at the left side of the search field and a menu will pop up. Move your mouse cursor over the 'Last' option and a submenu will pop up. Select the 'Month' option. Voilá! You should see last month's Grocery expenses (yikes, it's always more than it should be!).

To return your view to show all of your Entries again, just click on the magnifying glass icon again and select the option at the bottom of the menu - 'Clear QuickFilter Options'.
