Mac App Store Users

Get the latest.

Even if you have the Mac App Store set to install updates automatically, follow these steps to be sure you have the very latest.

  1. Visit the CheckBook Pro page on the Mac App Store.
  2. Click the Update, Update, or Install button next to CheckBook Pro near the top of the page. If you don't see one of these options, you already have the latest update. If you see a button with a price, as if you need to purchase again, go to the Store menu at the top of your screen and be sure you're signed in with the same Apple Account used for your purchase.

After the update

  • You may be asked to update or upgrade your document. Agree and your document will be ready to work with the update.
  • If you open the application and your data doesn't immediately appear, go to the File menu at the top of your screen, down to the Open Recent submenu, and try each document listed there until your data appears. If this doesn't cure all, don't panic just yet. There are several ways data can appear missing when it's really just hidden or in another document.
