When I am using the play button in the chapters section it will stop working and require a reload of app to use again.

We can definitely help get this figured out, but we will need to gather a bit more information. There is a type of report you could generate that may give us some clues. Would it be possible for you to generate this report and then email it to us at support@splasm.com ? First, can you get Audiobook Builder to do it again? If so, immediately after Audiobook Builder freezes here's what to do to create the report:

If you're on Snow Leopard or earlier:

1. Go to the Apple menu and select "About This Mac". A window will appear.

2. Click the More Info… button near the bottom of the window. A System Profiler window with a lot of information will appear.

3. Go to the File menu and select the "Save…" option. Put the report somewhere you can get to easily, like your Desktop.


If you're on Lion:

1. Go to the Apple menu and select "About This Mac". A window will appear.

2. Click the More Info… button near the bottom of the window. The About This Mac window will appear.

3. Click the System Report… button near the bottom of the window. A window with a lot of information will appear.

4. Go to the File menu and select the "Save…" option. Put the report somewhere you can get to easily, like your Desktop.

Just drag the report file from where you save it in to an email and we will take a look at it and get back to you. Thanks!
