I think their intentions were good, but the mistake was in promising a time [almost] certain when the product would come out, thus getting our hopes up. And, of course, they compounded it by repeating the mistake several times. I think they've given up on it and don't quite know how to tell us, so they're just letting it quietly go away.

Oh well. CBPro is still the best finance app out there for my needs. I am sad they don't have a mobile solution, but can live without one.

Just my two cents.

Agreed. It's just such a PITA to go off on a trip with only an iPad and have to keep all those receipts until I get back home to my iMac. My bank has a mobile version and I could easily do my reconciliation and keep my accounts current, if only...

I agree. Did you notice there have been no product updates since November of 2011? It definitely sounds like they've gone on to greener pastures, which is a big disappointment. I've just started using BudgetTracker which has both online and mobile versions, and I use a simple mobile app called Budget for my daily expenditures, but neither has the full functionality I enjoy with CB. I've tried Mint too but don't particularly care for it so I haven't worked with the mobile interface.

Actually, 2.3.2 came out on 23 April 2012, so they're not quite on those greener pastures just yet!

So freaking tired of waiting... what a waste of a software opportunity. Clearly this was a money grab - without regard to the customer base... blatant lies promising updates in hopes of sucking in some cash... they don’t even bother responding to questions about "money bug", check printing or any other enhancements except to say "be patient". Yeah, like they care any more (if ever). Do I sound bitter? Perhaps a bit. More like annoyed an fleeced.
