I am so jazzed with Checkbook Pro and, frankly, if you don't do another upgrade I'd still be a happy camper! I was sure that after my move to Mac I'd never find something I liked as well as Quicken. It took some time to find you, and I'm glad I was patient. I find this program to be clear, easy to use, and once I worked through the short learning curve, it quickly became second-nature. :D

That said, your desire to know what we as the users would like to see in this program is one of the things that I love about it! I trust you'll keep it simple as you continue to grow it in functionality.

My wish list is short:
I'd like to have the option to "hide" or "un-hide" reconciled entries (helps keep my work area clean).
I'd like the option to "skip" scheduled entries and to edit a scheduled entry before I commit it.
I saw another user's suggestion and ditto it: please include a safeguard to prevent un-checking a resolved entry (I've done this more than once!!)
Attach a receipt to an entry? Oh, yeah!! :)

Welcome to CBPro and the list!

Many hold your same wishes, but you'll be happy to know that your first item is already present. You can hide or unhide reconciled items using the Quickfliter drop down list. This is also a great way to filter your account view based on just about any criteria you can think of. Quickfilters for one account are independent of other accounts, so you can hide the reconciled entries on your checkbook account, but have them show on you savings account, for instance.

Enjoy your day!

That's done, too. Once you reconcile an account in the bottom "reconcile" window, the entry is LOCKED and the amount can't be changed or unreconciled. (Just checking the item in the entry window off won't do that, you have to be in the reconcile window.)

I've used the filter to search for specific entries by to/from or amount but didn't realize the resolved/unresolved & reconciled/unreconciled was among the options.
Thank you! Life just became a wee bit easier!

Yeah, I forgot about that. Must be why I've never accidentally unchecked a reconciled entry!

Well, I guess that just leaves your requests to edit a Scheduled Entry before committing it to the Account and for adding the ability to attach a receipt to an Entry. I'll get those added to the request list right away. Thanks!

And I would ditto those two requests as well!
