I read on the App Store comments on CB Pro that you must do a transfer manually from 1 account to another. I do this a lot and it will stop me from buying this product if that is true. Does this still exist as a large problem on the current version that is on the App Store?

Not sure what you mean, but I have a couple of transfer transactions that I have set up to recur at a specific time each month. When the reminder pops up, I just hit apply and they show up.

That is not what I refer to. Please go to the Apple App Store feedback on this product and read the first comment. I want to know if I enter a transfer to another account say for a deposit if I call it a transfer from another account will it show a deduction in the second account. Quicken does this well, will this program also do it? If not I will forget investigating it. The comment I refered to implies it can not handle this but I'm wondering if it indeed will.

The answer is "Yes, it will." Transfers you make from one account to another account do show up in both accounts correctly.

I don't do the Mac App Store thing, but I hope this helps you.

Why don't you just go the the Splasm site and download the Checkbook or Checkbook Pro demo and play with it to see if it does what you want it to do? It's full-featured and good for 100 transactions, I believe.

Not everyone who writes reviews knows what they are talking about, or uses a product correctly. I once had a BMW that I thought was the worst handling car I'd ever owned.
