When an entry involves a transaction, payment, etc. between accounts, there should be an option (under the Entry menu and context menu) to jump to the other half of the transaction.
It would also help to have an indicator in the To/From column that the transaction is linked to another account. There have been a few times that I used the "To" option, instead of the "To Account" option, and got my accounts out of sync. This icon could also be a shortcut link to the other account.

A third, related suggestion is to automatically make the To entry an account if it matches the name of another account.

I second this request. When I transfer funds between accounts I have to enter everything twice (unless I'm doing something wrong). I'd like one entry to populate both accounts. Thanks!

To transfer between accounts, you need to make sure the "To" field is toggled to "To Account." This way the transaction is recorded in both accounts and you do not have to reenter information in the other account.
