I have just started using Checkbook and so far, so good! There's one feature I can't figure out, but it must be me--mustn't it?
I would like to view my last (30 days, quarter, etc.) as well as upcoming transactions. I can filter "this quarter" but then I don't see the upcoming payments for January, so my running balance is off (although admittedly total balance is correct-which can be confusing). I can set custom dates, but must reset them each time, yes? I can hide resolved transactions, but I want to see them too (when did I pay the electric bill last?)
Any solutions?
Otherwise, thanks a million for what looks like a great replacement for MSMoney (which Money Dance and iBank are not!)

you can have CheckBook retain filters between sessions by checking the box in the general tab of the preferences. This way you shouldn't have to reset the every time. You will be able to see that a filter is active by seeing a little calendar symbol next to the search text below the search field.
