Hello,
When printing checks it lists checks that I have already printed with this in the notes:

This Entry has been printed before. Its check number will be updated.

I do I remove these checks that have already been printed from the que?

That's just a warning to left you know that re-printing the checks will trigger a change to the Check number for them, thereby making it where they very likely will no longer match already printed versions of those check. But, it's easy to hide check entries you've already printed—just click the button labeled "Show" down at the bottom of the Print Checks window and select the Unprinted Entries menu option.
