Reinstalling CheckBook Pro is probably going to be the best course of action so we can be sure you have a solid copy of the latest version available. Drag your existing copy of the app to the Trash, then visit our site at

support@splasm.com and we'll be able to dig a little deeper. You can create one of these reports by going up to click the
Apple menu at the top of the screen while holding down the
Option key on your keyboard, clicking
System Information..., and then choosing
Save... from the
File menu once the System Information window shows.
