| Post subject: | Addresses of payees |
Is there a way to change the address of a payee other than to change it as it is entered as a debit? I was just informed that I have an incorrect address and would like to fix it now while I'm thinking of it instead of waiting until I next have to send them a payment. |

It's possible to change an Address, at any point. Just go up to click the File menu and select the Print Checks menu option, first thing, even if you're not actually ready to print any checks just yet. Then, you'll be able to click inside the Address column and select the Manage Addresses option, to get started. |

I did this for one payee, actually before your reply, but there are now 2 addresses. So I tried setting up another check debit to the same payee and found that I can then remove the old address. This all works but it would be nice to have a single place to go to check addresses and correct them if necessary. Thanks |

Two addresses would show up if the New Address option is used. But, selecting the Manage Addresses option brings up a list of existing addresses and you can double-click over one, then make a change to it. |
