In that case, can you get the issue to occur and then generate a System Information report, immediately after? You can create one of these reports by going up to click the
Apple menu at the top of the screen while holding down the
Option key on your keyboard, clicking
System Information..., and then choosing
Save... from the
File menu once the System Information window shows.
