That's not a known bug, nor is it something we can get to happen here. Considering this, you may want to visit our site at
http://www.splasm.com/checkbookpro/update.html and follow the appropriate directions below where it says "Get the Update", so we're sure you have the latest version installed.
If updating has no impact, you may want to check the Date Format settings on your Mac. Start by going to the
Apple menu at the top of the screen and selecting the
System Preferences menu option. Then, click
Language & Region button, look for a button labeled “Advanced” in the bottom right corner of the window and click there. In the field labeled “Short”, you may find “4/19/2024” got entered, which makes for a hard-coded date. In that event, you'll want to drag the appropriate Date Elements from the bottom of the window into the field, replacing the hard-coded version.
