When I first set this up a couple of months ago, I somehow managed to get the accounts to display future scheduled items in lighter print. But that behavior has ceased now and I can't seem to find the way to turn it on again. I'd like to have those future items visible about a month out from current date so that when utility emails arrive, I can fill in the amounts in the checkbook.
Sorry if this is an obvious thing. Thanks in advance for the help.

At the bottom of the account screen, click on Schedule

At the top of the now open Schedule screen, click on Scheduled button (the one with binoculars)

In the drop down Scheduled Events screen, in the lower section, select how far in advance you want your future transactions to appear on your account page, then click the Commit All button at the top.

There's no way, as far as I'm aware, to automate that process.
