This didn't happen last year, so I'm not sure what happened this time. I downloaded all entries for the year from my bank and imported to Checkbook Pro. No problem setting up the columns and matching things - or so I thought. Now all entries are show as Deposits and the whole page is GREEN. I wish I had that much money in this account, but I don't.
Is there a way to Toggle each entry as I go through and add the Category information. Or do I have to retype each of these more than 700 entries by hand? It looks like I can't just change it from a Deposit to A Debit?
Or - should I delete this and re-import? Is there a trick to this that I missed? Not looking forward to spending all day re-inputting this particular checkbook
