There is indeed! Assuming you're working in a spreadsheet program, just create a special column for some unique identifiers, which you can name "Split ID" (or whatever you like), create a row to be treated as the parent entry, then assign it a unique value to be entered in the special column, like "001". Next, create or move rows below the parent entry you'd like treated as its split lines, with values matching that which was assigned to the parent entry included in the special column. Repeat all that with a new value for subsequent split entries, then you're good to go. In the end, you can import with "Split Entry Parent ID" selected up above the column in the Data Layout section of the Import Options.
