Hi Allen,
When I went to balance my checkBook Pro, I found that a month's worth of data was gone. This next time I tried to open it, now two years of data have disappeared. Im desperate to get it back, I sent system logs to Splasm and have not heard back. I can't find my problem discussed in forum. You helped me before when this happened a couple of years ago and everything was restored. Im hoping you can help me again.

Hi there! We haven't received a message with logs recently but we can help you out right here. The usual culprit in a situation like this is a different document, usually an old backup, has been opened on accident. All you need to do, then, is tell CheckBook Pro to open the document with the latest data and you're back in business. Try this: Open CheckBook Pro, go to the File menu, near the top left corner of your screen, down to Open Recent, and click the second item in the list. If your data doesn't appear, go back to File > Open Recent and try the third item, and so on. If that doesn't do the trick, we'll need to see your recent CheckBook Pro log messages so we can pinpoint which document you usually work in and direct you to it. Reach out to support@splasm.com and we'll send steps to gather the log messages so we can get you going again!
