Hello In output there is a choice between AAC and HE-AAC. What is the HE part, and when should it be used? I think the AAC is "Apple Audio Codec", which is one of the MP4 family of media containers. But i am not sure. It is what I usually use. Thanks for info. Jon |

The "HE" in HE-AAC stands for High Efficiency. HE-AAC is optimized for low-bandwidth/streaming use while AAC (Advanced Audio Coding) would be the preferred option for those looking for a higher quality listening experience. |
