Post subject:  problem joining files

hi there,

I have found the program very helpful for converting files from MP3 to M4B, however, I have not found the 'join' feature to work for me
I will put in multiple files in the 'chapters' section and join them. in the details, it shows the correct length for all the files joined together and recognizes multiple files.

yet when I go to the 'finish' section, it always shows only the length of the fist file in the list and says there is only one part.

I want to create one long M4B file for my book.

thank you for your help!

The combined length of all the files shown in the Chapters section should be what's shown as the Length in the Finish section. Since that's not the case there and we're unable to reproduce the same issue here, could you tell us a bit more about your setup? For instance, what version of Audiobook Builder is being used and what OS version is your Mac running?

Also, we have a new version you might try out that's available here: http://www.splasmata.com/?p=2943 . Even though that page talks about El Capitan compatibility, it doesn't matter if you're using El Capitan or not, it'd just be interesting to see if using the new version makes a difference.

That's great that the new version worked out there!
