I keep getting this error message on my latest file, after importing all the CDs and trying to build the file:

Audiobook Builder 1.5.3
Processing Audiobook
Writing Audiobook
Writing Part
Unable to write temporary Part file
Destination: /Users/joelcunningham/Music/iTunes/iTunes Media/Audiobook Builder/.ABBuilder-Temp-4CCEDB257E-7500-586ACE70-2FD0-42BD-B2A3-1E476A6E45C4/.part1.temp.mp4
QuickTime error: 0

What can I do to fix this?

We can definitely help figure out why you're getting that error message, but we'll need to gather some more information from you. Would you be willing to get Audiobook Builder to present the error again, then just after create a System Profiler/Information report and send it over to us? You can create one of these reports by launching /Applications/Utilities/System Profiler.app (or System Information.app, if you're running Lion) and selecting "Save…" from the File menu. Attach the report to an email, send it to support@splasm.com, and we'll have a look at it and let you know what we find. Thanks!

Whenever I get this error message while importing CD's, it usually means that the CD itself is dirty or has scratches. I attempt to clean the CD as best I can by whatever cleaner I have available and give it another try using the Import function again. Sometimes it may need another cleaning. If I try to clean it repeatedly and it still won't Import, I insert the CD, go to iTunes and Join the CD tracks and then Import the CD into iTunes. Once selected in iTunes, I go to ABB and import it thru the 'Add iTunes' function. 9 times out of 10 this works for me.

Usually with an issue reading a scratched or dirty CD, Audiobook Builder will present an error message with a -128 error code beside where it says 'QuickTime error:'. This particular error message is usually presented during the building/saving process.
