The program seems to work perfectly when importing straight from CD's, but when I try either of the other 2 methods for existing files, the application seems to stall out within 1-2 minutes. It doesn't show as "unresponsive" in Activity Monitor, the progress bar just never makes progress and the file size never gets larger in the finder. I'm running ABB 1.5 (build 6) on an Intel Macbook running 10.6.8. I love using ABB, but I'm trying to use it on previously imported books in iTunes. Within iTunes, the files are ones in which each CD was imported as a single track--a 9 CD book is 9 tracks in iTunes. I'm trying to use ABB to redo these so that they will be 1-2 "tracks" total. Am I doing something wrong or is this a bug? |

I experimented a little further. It seems to work okay if the pre-existing iTunes files are original rips straight into iTunes (each original track is still an individual track). So it seems that it's only when the pre-existing files have already been partially joined before. And to clarify, it's not the building that stalls out--it's the adding files itself. |

We would like to get a hold of one of these files that stalls out Audiobook Builder. If you could, contact us at support@splasm.com and we can work out a way for us to get a hold of one of these files that will duplicate the issue. Thanks for your help! |
