I've uploaded a number of audiobooks from CD into iTunes, and now have thousands of tracks, hundreds for each book. The only way I can play each book is to carefully save the individual tracks in proper order as a playlist, but I loose a lot of the audiobook features by doing that, and my itunes tracklist is a real mess. Will your product allow me to take either the group of tracks for a particular uploaded book currently in itunes, combine them and classify them as an audiobook, and save that file back itunes?

Yes, that is what Audiobook Builder is primarily designed to do. But, we would rather you see it in action yourself. You can download a free trial of Audiobook Builder, and output up to a 20 minute audiobook. This will allow you to play with a couple chapters and create a short audiobook to see how it handles combining files, creating chapter markers, artwork, and tagging the final audiobook that it sends to iTunes. Let us know if you have further questions!
