The iTune 9.1 update has renamed the Audiobooks location to Books. Is this going to be a problem when building future new files? All previously built files are in the Books container.

it should be fine. All files built with the .m4b format should show up in the books section. This was probably done for when the iPad is released and its iBook store goes live. It looks like they will be mixing printed books and audiobooks in the same section.
