ViddyUp! imports the com.splasm.podner.plist file's contents but leaves the original file intact. It also leaves the actual Podner.app application bundle as-is.
To completely remove Podner you can trash the Podner.app application bundle, which we've recommended be installed in /Applications but varies by personal preference, along with /Users/[your username here]/Library/Preferences/com.splasm.podner.plist .
