	The Drag

After launching Podner, you will be asked to drag your movie files to the application window to begin the conversion process.

All you need to do here is drag one of your movie files to the Podner window. What's a movie file? Basically, any file that QuickTime Player can open and play with a visible picture is a movie file. So find a file with one of your home movies in it, or a clip you've downloaded from the Internet, and drag its icon to the Podner window.
