Podner does indeed provide iPod-compatible H.264 MultiPass, almost identical to the "old" QuickTime 7.0.3. Podner's H.264 MultiPass, Best Quality, matches QuickTime 7.0.3 by specifying a data rate of 600Kbps. Custom settings that include MultiPass will most likely not be iPod-compatible.

Best: 16-bit, stereo, 44.1KHz AAC at 128Kbps
