Hi there,
im a wannabe user of Audiobook Builder.
After having payed the registration fee via pay pal on 27-12-2006 I have heard not a single word from splasm as yet...
Customer Service remained silent even after several attemts from my side.

Love to hear from splasm

Christian:

Please check your private messages here for your registration information. I apologize for any delay on our part but we have made every effort we know of to reach you, short of mailing to your physical address overseas.

We originally sent your registration information a few hours after your order came to us from PayPal. Since then we have responded to each of your registration information requests using multiple email accounts, to both of the email addresses you have supplied, and in HTML and plain text to try to lower the spam score for our messages. This morning we even sent a $0.01 payment to your PayPal account with your registration information attached. That payment is unclaimed at present.

Please let us know if there is any issue with the registration information in your private messages. Thanks again for your support!

keith,
thanks a lot for your valiant attempts to reach me ;-)
This way it worked at last!

Audiobook builder fills a gap, does what it is proposing to do and does it well.

Kind regards,
Chris

PS: Next time you can easily contact an acquaintance of mine living in Birmingham if something does not work as planned with my mailboxes...it's a small world.
