First the bug:
When I change the To field to To Account, tab to the drop-down and pick an account, it will sometimes fail to tab forward to Category. I have to go to the touch pad and click.

The could-be-considered-a-bug:
If I set the Type in my linked transaction to Payment, enter the transaction, and then look at the linked transaction in the other account, the Type is blank. It should use the value entered for the transaction (if valid), or the default type for that account (if set).

The feature:
Assume To Account. If I start typing "My Savings Account" into the To field, I would like it to check recent transactions (as it does) and other account names for the autocomplete. If it does autocomplete an account, it should link the transaction to that account.

The first bug you mentioned is not one I've encountered.

The could-be-considered-a-bug I don't believe is a bug, but is something that CBPro should be doing, so I'd add this to the wish list.

The feature, I am not sure what you are meaning here. "To Account" does autocomplete for me and does link the transaction to that account, with the exception of the could-be-considered-a-bug above.

If you leave it set to To, then type the name of an account into the text box, it looks like it's a linked transaction, but nothing shows up in the other account.

Oh, I see what you mean now. You're right. I'm okay with that as it is, but I can see why others may indeed want this as a feature set.
