How about a single / double / triple character column headed Mk. This could be used to make a simple coded 'search reference'.
i.e. Joint account - 'f' for fred, - 'm' for mary and 'j' for joint would enable searches for spending by person by category. Or....
'H06' would find all holiday expenses taken in 06.
I once used Money Manager on a PC years ago and found this a really useful tool.
By the way - I wonder what the current user base is for CheckBook???

It seems to be another example of the request by someone else for a new category column. I requested a couple of new "category" columns so that we are free to do things like this and also specifcy perhaps a 2nd grouping.

The 2 new "category" columns should be renamable to suit our various different purposes.
