I have looked at a lot of suggestions and some of those would be nice (I would vote for the printing checks option) but I don't want to see CB turn into another Quicken. However, I know you cannot please everyone.

I'm with you on this. I would prefer not to have CB cluttered with a lot of "cutesy" things. One suggestion might be to create separate modules for such things to be added on if the user wants them; i.e. Check writing - Budgeting - etc. I feel this might be a reasonable approach. That way if you want the feature you can buy the module -- if I don't I can use CB the way it is without having all the bloat and perhaps extra cost for things that I will never use.
