I'm pretty much convinced that CheckBook (Pro) is the application to replace Quicken for me. The one remaining feature that Quicken has over CB(P) is the range of printing options: font, font-size, columns, etc. Is this available in the Pro version of the software?

Isn't the font style and size settable in the Preferences? Can't you change the column widths by clicking the sliding separators in the column heading bar?

You can adjust the display font to what you like along with the font size. You can then set your print to use the display font settings. You can also turn the visibility of columns on and off, which will also affect their visibility when you print out. The print will only show those columns that you have as visible at the time.

Another tip is if you have a lot of columns visible and are using the default font settings, you can get your font to print out larger by printing in landscape mode vs. portrait mode. you can switch this orientation by using the page setup controls under the file menu. This will give your entry data more horizontal space to display all of the relevant data.

Ah, sorry for the confusion. I was referring to printing options while in the summary view -- that, after all, is from whence I wish to print, with categories and date ranges applied.

So, to put my question better: are there printing options available in the Summary View?
