How can I see the projected balance over time for an account? I want to be able to see the impact of scheduled transactions to my balance.

CheckBook (Pro)’s Scheduled Entries reminder sheet will show a projected balance that takes your Account’s current balance and adds the upcoming Scheduled Entries to it (those that are visible). To check that out, go up to click the Schedule menu at the top of the screen and select the Scheduled Entries menu option, first thing. Next, set the timeframe you’re interested in using the Look Ahead slider down at the bottom and click the label for the Balance field toward the bottom-right so as to select the Scheduled Balance option.

I find the slider quite fiddly, having to use trial and error to get to the date I want. Could the slider also show the projected date as well as/instead of the number of days ahead please?

Sure, that's not a bad idea! We'll look into it!
