I've been doing this for years and all of a sudden something isn't working. When I set up the import, I get the date and the amount but not the to/from info. No matter what field l list under payee, I get nothing. Any idea what's going on? Thanks, Marc |

Hi. I had the same thing happen just recently. Not sure how I fixed it, but try the following.
Check the encoding on the import to make sure it matches your computer Make sure the date format matches. You might have to tweak these a few times. When I did this, it worked just fine. I am not sure what is going on, but you might send a support ticket in on this. Good luck! |
