I would like to report by category across my two card accounts - is this possible?

Thanks, searched the forums here but didn't find anything specific to my need.

CheckBook Pro (but not the basic CheckBook application) can bring all of your accounts together for summary-generating purposed with the All Accounts option. The option can be selected by clicking on "All Accounts" where it shows at the top of the Accounts drawer or by going up to click the Account menu at the top of the screen, sliding down to hover over "Go to Account", and selecting "All Accounts". Supposing you have more than the two credit cards in the same document, you can exclude certain accounts from the All Accounts Summaries by locking them with a password—Account passwords can be set by going to the Account menu, selecting "Edit Account", and going to the Security section of the account options.

That's great. Is there an upgrade path? I bought Checkbook from the Mac App Store.

Apple doesn't provide a way for us to offer upgrades through the Mac App Store but, if you'll send us proof of your purchase, we can get you a coupon code that'll work at our online store. Just forward your receipt email from Apple to support@splasm.com or send a screenshot of the Purchased section of the App Store, with CheckBook visible in the list of purchases, and we can message you back with the upgrade steps.
