Quicken Essentials has a neat way of doing this. Yet, I have not been able to find it in Pro. Can you help? - Thanks

One way to essentially hide a particular account would be to lock it with a password—this hides its balance in the Accounts drawer as well as excludes it from any multi-account totaling. To add a password, choose 'Edit Account...' from the Account menu at the top of the screen and then type a password into both password fields there. After that, choose 'Lock Account...' from the Account menu to lock it up. Moving forward, it's necessary to select the account and put in the password to view its contents.
