I've been using CBP for 2 months now. I've learned how to reconcile the statement balance, but the account balance remains unresolved. I don't understand what I should do to make it show that is resolved (see left side of reconcile area). Thank you for any suggestions.

There's no need to worry about there being a lingering Unresolved amount on the lower left side of the Reconcile section. Basically, the Unresolved total is just the total for everything that hasn't been checked-off as Resolved yet and that's just going to be Entries you'll surely deal with in future Reconciliation periods—anything that's been input beyond the statements you've Reconciled already. The only situation where'd you'd show nothing as Unresolved would be if you've pretty much Reconciled absolutely everything that's been added to the application.
