I constantly alt-tab switch between a .csv of my bank statement and checkbook while I am reconciling my accounts. When I return to checkbook via the keyboard shortcut (or mouse for that matter) the cursor snaps back to the search box (i'm guessing the first element?). It used to remember to stay focused in the registry window where I last left off... I've been dealing with this for a while, but I think I'm wearing out my TAB key now

In past versions, focus did default back to the register view area when returning to the app instead of the QuickFilter search field. We can certainly look into changing the functionality back to how it was before through releasing a future update. Really, for now, the best option is hitting Tab twice when you go back in to move back to the register selection.
