I recently encountered a problem when entering transactions. The attached screenshot provides the entire message. None of the information I enter is saved. Help! Thank you in advance.

Hi there!

That's an issue with either the database in your document or a temporary copy of it. Getting to the bottom of things is going to involve some back and forth, and file gathering, that's easier done with email. Can you contact us at support@splasm.com so we can send over some directions for how to gather a System Information report and your recent system logs? Thanks!
