We released the subtitle text encoding enhancement, allowing users to choose the appropriate text encoding as they select a SubRip subtitle file for the current video clip, as a part of ViddyUp! 1.7.1. Have you tried selecting any of the alternative text encoding options at the bottom of the subtitle file selection window? It will likely require some experimentation on your end since there is no reliable way for ViddyUp! to guess the most appropriate encoding.
Txs. I got it. I bought it. I used it with success.
Only problem: when i convert to h.264 from avi, my Nokia E61 stalls when trying to open the file. Actually it stalls when trying to enter the directory where it is stored. Weird.
I will try to figure out what is happening.
