Managing Entries

CheckBook Pro comes with several tools to help you manage your Entries:

• A toolbar with common actions is always visible. This includes CheckBook Pro's signature QuickFilter search field, giving you the power to find the Entries you need to see as quickly as you can press a button or enter some text to look for.
• Multiple Entry Change. Select a group of Entries and change their details in a single stroke.
• Folders, allowing you to physically group your Entries as necessary.
• Smart Folders. When you need to filter by any combination of criteria it's time for a Smart Folder.
• Columns you can arrange to suit your workflow. Customize column widths, click a column header to sort in ascending or descending order, show or hide columns as necessary and pick your favorite colors and font for your Debits and Deposits.
• The Interactive Balance. Keep an eye on each Account's vital stats, updated live as you work.
• Account Summaries. Create custom summaries to report on your data, then print them as necessary.
• OFX, QIF and CSV/Text imports. Make the move from Quicken or most other personal finance managers or import your online banking statements without breaking a sweat!
