Fixes:

• Launches properly on Mac OS X 10.3.9
• Currencies with no thousands separator no longer lead to a crash in Account Options
• Dragging an Account to the top of the Accounts list no longer causes that Account to be
  removed
• Multiple Change of a group of Entries to create Linked Entries now properly creates Entries
  in the linked Account
• Multiple Change of a group of Linked Entries no longer negates Exchanged Amounts
• Smart Folders can now be dragged into Accounts that do not have any Smart Folders
